Meet Callum, Riverlea’s Landscape and Maintenance Specialist

We’re excited to introduce Callum, our newest Riverlea team member and dedicated Landscape and Maintenance Specialist. With over 25 years of experience in horticulture and outdoor maintenance, he’s here to ensure our green spaces remain beautiful, safe and welcoming all year round.

For Callum, landscaping is more than just a job, it’s about making a difference in the community. “I love that my work directly impacts people’s daily experiences,” he says. “Creating spaces where residents can relax, connect and enjoy the outdoors is incredibly rewarding.”

Bringing a strong background in landscaping, irrigation and sustainable outdoor management, Callum’s already making a difference. “I’m excited to contribute to the continuous improvement of the area,” he says, “Some spaces need a little extra care, and it’s always rewarding to see how much they can transform with the right attention.”

Outside of work, his love for the outdoors continues. “Gardening has always been a big part of my life. Whether it’s tending to my own garden or exploring new outdoor spaces, I find it really grounding and inspiring.”
